You have a vacancy or a large project. As interim managers, we are part of your team, on site if required. Depending on the workload, you book the capacity you need: part-time or full-time or even on call. We cover the full range from operational (project management and back office) to strategic positions (country management and BU leadership).

You need a fresh look at a project, support with strategy development and implementation or with the annual brand planning process. We also support you in the preparation and facilitation of meetings, strategy workshops or Advisory-boards. As a consultant, you can see us as your extended workbench, we will either support you directly or take the lead, depending on your briefing.

There are many situations in your professional and private life in which you and your team can benefit from coaching.

We can support you especially in the context of leadership, team and strategy. Depending on your needs, we enrich coaching with training or consulting.

General, Commercial or BU Management

After a short handover, we take over the complete management of the team and all tasks until the handover to the successor.

Strategy Coaching and Consulting

We support you with our tools in the development of your strategy in the marketing, sales and medical area via the preparation and facilitation of strategy workshops.

Competitive Simulation Exercise and War-Gaming

We support you in developping the strategy for the launch of your products or managing the market entry of a competitor via our War-Gaming workshop.

Country and Launch Manager during setting up the affiliate

We support the setup of biotechs affiliates in Germany. This includes managing all pre-launch activities including stakeholder management and market access.

Workshop Facilitation

We facilitate your advisory and marketing boards, and if you wish, we can also take on logistical tasks such as contracting and participant management.

New Manager Assimilation Program (NMAP)

Have you taken over a new team? Through NMAP, employees and managers get to know each other better in a short time and a productive working relationship is quickly developed.

Product (pre)-Launch

We develop the launch plan based on our templates as well as the strategy and action plan. If required, we also take over the implementation via our network partners.

Operational Marketing Support and Back Office

Through our team, we can support you in operational activities such as the adaptation of global marketing materials or contract and approval processes (Veeva) and event management.

Shadow Coaching and Sounding Board
